Who we are

A Victoria masonry crew that's a little obsessed with the details.

Every day, we set out to turn homes into beautiful, usable spaces our clients love. Whether it's a chimney rebuilt from the roofline up, a stone fireplace to gather around, or a new driveway and patio, our pod of skilled craftspeople brings real passion to every job. We believe a home should work as one, with every surface and structure flowing naturally into the next. Built to work, built to last, and finished with care, right down to a tidy site. More about us

Commercial Waterproofing

Below grade, built to stay dry.

On commercial and multi-unit projects we spray NaturaSeal® NS-F300+GE membrane and install DELTA®-DRAIN 6000 HI-X drain mat. Open-cut walls are sprayed onto the existing concrete foundation; blindside walls are sprayed against the forms or shoring before the pour.

  • Seamless membrane. Cold spray-applied, elastomeric, and cures to a durable, seamless coat.
  • Made for below grade. Blindside, full tanking, mud-slab and deck waterproofing; withstands shotcrete.
  • Fast and clean. Firm to the touch in one minute at 20°C, and free of VOCs.
  • Relieves water pressure. Two-layer dimpled drainage core with a bonded non-woven geotextile.
  • Heavy-duty. DELTA®-DRAIN 6000 HI-X compressive strength: 15,100 psf.

In their words

"After procrastinating for a couple of years, my husband and I finally decided to call someone to come out to inspect our chimney. Orca Masonry was recommended to us by a friend, Cory, the owner, is honest, polite, helpful and knowledgeable to name but a few. Our chimney was so badly deteriorated it needed to be rebuilt from the roofline up. The work completed by Orca Masonry is top-notch and their communication throughout the project was excellent. We'd recommend Cory and his team to anyone!"
